My approach integrates evidence-based tools from coaching, psychology, and personal development to support deep inner work and meaningful outer change.

Together, we’ll explore your beliefs, values, and patterns of thought and behavior—creating space for greater self-awareness and empowering you to move through challenges with confidence and alignment. While the coaching work goes deep, it’s also goal-oriented: we stay focused on what matters most to you and take actionable steps toward lasting well-being and fulfillment.

How I work:
My coaching draws on a range of modalities—including mindfulness, somatic awareness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), NLP, and developmental psychology—to meet you where you are and support the change you’re ready for. Every session is a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, connect with yourself, and uncover new ways of thinking, feeling, and showing up in the world.

P1.  90-Minute 1:1 Intensive

  • 90-minutes to focus on a specific topic area of your choice
  • conducted via Zoom

P2.  90-Minute 1:1 Intensive with Follow-up

  • 90-minutes to focus on a specific topic area of your choice
  • two 60-minute follow-up sessions
  • conducted via Zoom

P3.  90-day 1:1 Program

  • an initial 90-minute intensive to kick off the package
  • followed by 6 bi-weekly sessions of 60 minutes in length
  • focused on 3 main goals or outcomes
